Churchill Downs is located among The [email protected] and is the second of our former WSU stables complexes and is named for the first of the Triple Crown raceways. Churchill Downs is home to 203 apartments, including 3 bedroom townhouses and 3-, 2- and 1-bedroom units.

Located on Brandi Way, just behind Emerald Downs, each Churchill Downs apartment and townhouse has a private patio or balcony, storage space, fully-equipped kitchen and high-speed internet access. Laundries are located throughout the complex. Covered parking is available and Churchill Downs is on the Express Bus Route.
